Gift Card FAQs
How do I order a Gift Card?
Simply click here: 'Click to order Gift Card', complete our online order form and we will send you a payment link. Following payment, we will prepare your Gift Card and confirm the arrangements for collection or delivery by email or post.
I have a Gift Card. How do I use it?
Simply click here: 'Redeem Gift Card' and enter your details. On the payment page, select 'Have a voucher?' and enter the code contained in your Gift Card. The Gift Card will indicate how many 1 hour lessons the Gift Card entitles you too. Simply enter the code for each booking until you have exhausted the allocated number of lessons for that Gift Card.
Where can I collect the Gift Card from?
Our home office at Rutherford NSW. Details for collection will be confirmed following payment of your order.
What is the Gift Card expiry date?
Gift Cards are valid for a minimum of 3 years from date of purchase.
How long does it take to receive my Gift Card?
For digital, print-at-home options, we require a minimum turnaround time of 48 hours.
For physical card options, we require a minimum turnaround time of 48 hours for collection. Please allow 5-10 business days for postage.
I need a Gift Card urgently, can you help?
For urgent queries, please submit the online form and text or ring us on 0481 350 350 to indicate it is urgent. We will do our best to get the Gift Card to you as soon as possible.
Is there a cut-off time for delivery of Gift Cards for Christmas?
You must order and pay for your Gift Card before the following cut-off times for guaranteed delivery of a Gift Card by Christmas:
Digital/email delivery: 23 December 2023
Physical card collected: 20 December 2023
Physical card posted: 15 December 2023 (subject to Australia Post)
